What Sensations Are Normal?
– A feeling of pressure or fullness may occur after placing one or more crowns. This is due to tissue adaptation and usually subsides within a few hours.
– You may feel there’s not enough space for your tongue or cheeks. This is common if you were missing teeth for a while and is temporary — it resolves within a few days.
What to Avoid
– Avoid very hard foods — they may overload the supporting teeth or cause ceramic chipping.
What to Do
– Use protective night guards if you have bite problems, bruxism, or excessive tooth wear.
– Maintain excellent oral hygiene: brush at least twice daily (ideally after every meal) with toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.
– Use an irrigator and super floss — especially if you have bridges or implant-supported crowns.
– Schedule regular check-ups with your prosthodontist at least twice a year, including professional dental cleanings.

– حافظ على نظافة فموية ممتازة: اغسل الأسنان مرتين يومياً على الأقل (ويُفضل بعد كل وجبة) باستخدام الفرشاة والمعجون والخيط.
– استخدام جهاز ضخ الماء (irrigator) وخيط الأسنان الخاص (super floss) يسهل العناية خاصة في حال وجود جسور أو تيجان على زراعات.
– راجع طبيب الأسنان المتخصص في التركيبات مرتين في السنة على الأقل، مع تنظيف احترافي دوري.
